Summer of Hate Love Lace

In honor of the fact that I only have two more repeats and the edging on my Flower Basket Shawl (which unfortunately will have to wait until after the weekend – I doubt my niece and nephews will let me get in any knitting) I’m giving away some beautiful Zephyr Wool-Silk!

Jagger Spun Zephyr Wool Silk
50% Wool, 50% Tussah Silk
1260 Yards (enough for a large Flower Basket)
Color: Iris

Okay – here’s what you need to do to win this yarn. Since I’m all about the love…

leave me the name of your favorite love song in the comments. I’ll be picking randomly on Tuesday. So you have the weekend to get in touch with your loverly side. (Only one entry per person will be counted. Thanks!)

I’ll start you off with some of my favorites:

The Very Thought of You
Can’t Get Enough of Your Love, Babe
Prove it All Night
Drive All Night
For You

You get the picture. And if you want, I’ll throw in some cards – sheep or flowers. Or both. Have fun! Can’t wait to see what you come up with – I’m a sucker for a love song.

Have a great weekend everyone – hope I come back with lots of fun pool pictures. If not, I’ve got plenty of work for everyone!

My New Toys. (Ann! I totally understand now!)

Comments

  1. Such a hard choice! At the moment, I’d say “Till There Was You” from The Music Man, also covered by the Beatles. Ooh, or “All I Ask of You” from The Phantom of the Opera.

  2. Have I told You Lately is my favorite Love Song

  3. Your Flower Basket looks lovely. I’m just finishing (blocking) the Estonian Lullaby Baby Blanket in Brown Sheep Cotton Fine. Great to knit with.
As for a song: Looks Like We Made It (Barry Manilow). And I would love to have the Zephyr. I could almost write a love song just for it. Lovely yarn!
    Joan

  4. “A Little is Enough” — Pete Townshend
    Okay, I’m weird.

  5. The shawl is gorgeous. My favorite love song:
“As Long As He Needs Me” from Oliver.
    Kathy

  6. See You In September!
That was “our song” in the summers when we weren’t sure when we’d see each other again after school got out. I was 13 and he was 15 when we started dating. On Aug. 9th we’ll be married 30 years, so I guess we kept up.
    Love your shawl!

  7. Helle From Denmark says

If Tomorrow never comes, by Ronan Keating. It is so very true what he is singing!:-) That song makes me cry…..and it’s ours song between Mike and I!:-)

  8. I’m In – Radney Foster and Abra Moore
It leans towards the country side of the spectrum, but it’s still very good.

  9. A very good love song:
I Fall to Pieces by Pasty Cline

  10. Angel Mine by Cowboy Junkies
I dare anyone not to get choked up when they listen to it! 😉

  11. Best love song ever: My Valentine, by Martina McBride.
I love your shawl. The color is fantastic.

  12. At Last–Etta James

  13. “Unchained Melody” is my favorite love song – think Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore in the movie “Ghost” – that song playing while she was making a clay pot and his ghost was caressing her – oh my god. So romantic, so sexy. 🙂

  14. Hmm – for a hot n heavy love song – RED STROKES, for a slow/romantic love song – You Lift Me Up

  15. Lucette in Ottawa says

    Your flower basket looks wonderful.
I too am making a flower basket shawl and am in the final section working on the edging.
Favourite song “As time goes By”
It was our song at the wedding and it still chokes me up.

  16. Robert Palmer “Addicted to Love”.
Your Flower Basket Shawl is lovely.

  17. I didn’t see a rule about one entry only, so I may be back. The first one that comes to mind is:
    Wind Beneath My Wings
And that flower basket looks great and that purple yarn is gorgeous.

  18. She Moved Through the Fair by Meav

  19. true colours – phil collins

  20. a glorious golden oldie, yes I’m dating myself:
    Cherish by the Association
“Cherish is the word I use to describe
All the feelings that I have for you dying here inside…”
(followed your link from the Summer of Lace list).

  21. “Something” by the Beatles

  22. Well, this is more of a sex song – but Captain by Dave Matthews Band. Also by DMB – Lover Lay Down and Crush.
But from when I was young, Cherish by The Association.
This is a great thing – having people get those love songs on their mind – helps fuel a nice long weekend!

  23. The shawl is looking spectacular!
As for the love song, my vote is for “Tupelo Honey” by Van Morrison.

  24. “Tiny Dancer” by Elton John

  25. I’m going to have to go with “unchained melody.” Just the best love song ever. I sang it to my babies the day they were born.
A real tear-jerker and Rhys’ and my song is Where’ve you Been sung by Kathy Mattea (what can I say, she likes country and I’ve come to appreciate it…sometimes). The lyrics are here. http://www.coquet-shack.com/lyrics/Kathy_Mattea/Whereve_You_Been_0648.php Get a tissue.

  26. “I love you so much” by John Prine

  27. My favorite love song: “Mad mad me” as sung by Maria Muldaur. (It might be a Wendy Waldman song.) Your flower basket shawl is lovely!

  28. Most of Songs:Ohia’s album “Axxess and Ace” fit the bill as best love songs for me, but my particular favorites are “Capt. Badass”, “Love and Work” and finally, the most heart breaking love song ever written, “Goodnight Lover”. http://www.songsohia.com/lyrics.html#axxessandace
Have fun with your niece and nephew!

  29. It’s tough to name just one—but I think for me its–“At This Moment”, by Billy Vera & The Beaters. Love your shawl–its beautiful!

  30. “It Must Be Love” by Madness, of course. My hubby and I danced to it at our wedding reception!
Although I have to say that “The Luckiest” by Ben Folds comes in a close second – makes me cry every time. Think I’ll play that for our 25th anniversary.
Love the FBS – gotta get me some of that!

  31. My favorite of late is “I Only Have Eyes For You,” Art Garfunkel version. Loooooove.
Cara, that is going to be one beautiful shawl — I can’t wait!

  32. Gosh girl, you are zippin’ right along with that FBS. It is beautiful. I love that color of yarn you chose. This is on my long “to knit” list–I hope to get around to it one day. Hopefully mine will turn out as good as yours 🙂
Love songs? Man, I have no idea–some good ones have been mentioned though.
    Have a great weekend, C!

  33. I absolutely love I Miss You, by Incubus.
There are several versions of the song, and he sings it so tenderly, especially in the acoustic version. It’s precious.
(ps Lyrics sites have so many stinking pop-ups!)

  34. I suppose I’ll have to go with the song we danced to at our wedding, Bjork’s “It’s Oh So Quiet.”

  35. “Pride and Joy” by Stevie Ray Vaughn. My husband sings that to me.
He is also itching to attach a motor to my ball winder/swift combo. I’m sure he’d do the same for you.

  36. One of my favorites was, before Whitney started self-destructing, back when she was gorgeous and had a gorgeous voice, of course: I Will Always Love You.
You just got a swift and ball-winder? Aren’t they the BEST?!

  37. “Always” by Irving Berlin
Days may not be fair, always
That’s when I’ll be there, always.
    Not for just an hour,
    Not for just a day,
    Not for just a year,
    But always.

  38. Favorite love song?
“One more for Love” by Five for Fighting, definitely. I have been listening to love songs for a very long time, and this is the one we’ll dance to at our wedding (if we ever get married).

  39. Blue Velvet. That’s OUR song.

  40. “Time After Time” -Cyndi Lauper

  41. Colette O'Brien says

“All my Life” by Linda Ronstat and Erin Neville. A little old but was our song at our wedding. Still love it.
    Love you shawl……Colette in MB

  42. Oh there are so many that I just love. If I have to pick a favorite (or 2) I would have to say “Have I told you lately” by Van Morrison and “Through the Years’ by Kenny Rogers.
Your shawl is just lovely. Very nice job!

  43. Love songs, O! My faves!
I’m going with “our song” for my husband and me,
Taking You Home, Don Henley. I LOVE that song, and it was so apropos for our lives. It goes like this:
I had a good life/before you came/I had my friends and my freedom/and I had my name…/Still there was sorrow/and emptiness/’till you made me glad/Oh, in this love/I found strength/I never knew I had
    Chorus:
Oh, and this love/is like nothing I have ever known/Take my hand, love/I’m taking you home/I’m taking you home
There were days/lonely days/when the world/wouldn’t throw me a crumb/but I kept on believing/that this day would come
    Chorus
Taking you home/where we can be with the ones/who really care/Home/we can grow together/keep you in my heart forever
    Etc. with the choruses.
Anyway, it was perfect because my mom had been ill for a long time when I met my husband, and ended up passing away four months before we got married. But before that happened, I’d brought my then-fiance home to meet her, and it was the clincher for me as to whether or not I would marry him, was my mother meeting and adoring him. Then he stuck with me through my mother’s passing at the age of 46, and numerous other uglinesses of the sort life always throws. So the song just fits, and it means love to me.
So there you go. 🙂 I haven’t heard the song in a few months, so now I’m going to go pull it from my iTunes and listen.

  44. Your shawl is beautiful. Two favorites that come to mind: When I Fall in Love and Rachmaninoff Rhapsody on a theme of Paganini (spelling?) (Somewhere in Time)

  45. First song that had my heart in a knot each time I heard it? “You Send Me” by Sam Cooke from the 50’s. 🙂 “Darling, yooouuuu send me, darling, yooouuu send me, darling you do, darling you do, whoaaa-oooooh…” 🙂

  46. My favorite love song is “Everything I Do (I Do It For You) from Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves. Ok, so the lead actor sucked in that movies. The song is amazing, and it was our wedding “First Dance” song. Every time I hear it, It reminds me of all the reasons of just WHY I married the man. Not a bad thing in my book. I need constant reminding.
    ooooh! Who can ignore Zephyr?

  47. Stardust — Bing Crosby

  48. Wouldn’t it be Nice by the Beach Boys. I am not a huge Beach Boys fan but this song just gets me every time. Of course I also love The Flame by Cheap Trick. There are too many others to go on.
    Have a great weekend.

  49. “I’m a Believer” by the Monkees.
    I thought love was
    Only true in fairy tales
    Meant for someone else
    But not for me
Love was out to get to me
    That’s the way it seems
    Disappointment haunted
    All my dreams
And then I saw her face
    Now I’m a believer
    Not a trace
    Of doubt in my mind
    I’m in love
    I’m a believer
    I couldn’t leave her
    If I tried
    I thought love was
More or less a given thing
The more I gave the less
    I got, oh yeah
    What’s the use in trying
    All you get is pain
    When I wanted sunshine
    I got rain
And then I saw her face
    Now I’m a believer
    Not a trace
    Of doubt in my mind
    I’m in love
    I’m a believer
    I couldn’t leave her
    If I tried
It gives me hope that my guy is out there some where.

  50. To Make You Feel My Love by Garth Brooks from the movie Hope Floats – – BEST LOVE SONG EVER!!!

  51. My favorite is “The Promise” by Tracy Chapman.

  52. FBS looks great — how are you liking the yarn? Here’s my song, although I’m not officially playing (already won the baby contest!)
“Lovely . . Never, ever change
    Keep that breathless charm.
    Won’t you please arrange it?
Cause I love you . . Just the way you look tonight.”
    Frank Sinata, Mr. Love Song!

  53. Jewel – You Were Meant For Me
I can’t say it is my favorite, but it’s the first one that came to mind.

  54. My favourite is “Have I told you lately that I love you” sung by either Rod Stewart or Van Morrison. My hubby isn’t much of a singer but he has sung that one to me. We dance in the kitchen to it!
    Renee

  55. All You Need Is Lace Love. The Beatles
Your FBS color is so gorgeous. You really capture the way it drapes. Happy holiday weekend!

  56. Well, we danced to “The Way You Look Tonight”, sung by Frank Sinatra at my wedding ten years ago. I still smile when I hear it.
And if you include an “in the mood” type song for a love song, then I have to pick “Sexual Healing” by Marvin Gaye. Hubba, hubba!

  57. I love your FBS! I have been wanting to make one for a long time (since the mag came out) but never knew what yarn to use (I bought the rec. alpaca but have been too scared to use laceweight alpaca for my first lace project!) – I like the way yours looks, so I think I’ll try it.
The first favorite love song that pops into my head is R.E.M.’s “Nightswimming.” Not your traditionally-recognized love song, sure, but it was definately THE love song of my relationship with one of my beaus who had been a long-time best friend and only later became a lover.
    Anyway, have a great weekend!

  58. this really is a hard one…right now (very much subject to change) i’m thinking prince’s “forever in my life”, “pink cashmere”…and “adore”…

  59. For You – Duncan Sheik

  66. Our favorite way back 33yrs ago was and still is “See You in September”

  67. the flamingo’s singing “i only have eyes for youuuuu” — the beginning of the song always gives me goose bumps – the song is the very definition of ‘hauntingly beautiful’.
also “wild horses” by the rolling stones (mick’s voice here is incredible) and bob dylan’s “ballad in plain d” – both sad but beautiful love songs. dylan’s line about “courting her proudly” always gives me a knot in my throat.

  68. I love “Absolute Beginners” by David Bowie. And so does my Jacob schmoo.
The shawl is looking so. awesome. I can’t wait to see the pics you take of the finished shawl!

  69. “we’re in this together now” by Nine Inch Nails.

  70. “Making Memories of Us” by Keith Urban. I really don’t even like country, either. This song just seems very full of real emotion and memory, not dashed off and full of cliches. 🙂

  71. Good job on the shawl. It looks wonderful. You’re right about kids and lace… exactly why I haven’t gotten any lace knitting done in weeks.
My favorite love song is Somebody by Depeche Mode.

  72. “IF,” by Bread. I know it’s weird. But for me, it is.

  73. Hi Cara,
I’ve never posted, but read you often. Nothing like a contest to bring out lurkers. 🙂
It is hard to pick just one song, but at the moment I would vote for James Moody’s “I’m in the Mood for Love.”
“There I go, there I go, there I go, theeere I goooo
Pretty baby, you are the soul that snaps my control
Such a funny thing but everytime you’re near me
    I never can behave
You give me a smile, and then I’m wrapped up in your magic
    There′s music all around me…”
    Love it!
    Thank you for the fun,
    Rosane.

  74. Lovely, lovely lace.

“Dance with My Father”, Luther Vandross.
This love song is for my dad.

  83. A beautiful FB Shawl. I am making a turquose mohair one right now, and love the pattern.

“I’m On Fire” by Bruce Springsteen makes the fire run in my veins!
“Tangled up in Blue” by Dylan, very poetic.

Mine is: All of Me. My husband sang it to me at our wedding!

  130. Speak Softly Love by Al Martino. It was the song DH and I danced to at our wedding. The leader of the band we had at our wedding appeared in the wedding scene of the original “Godfather” movie. He was playing the clarinet during the scene. The movie used an ominus sounding version of the song.

  131. Iris – the Goo Goo Dolls

  132. “You Are My Sunshine”, and old old song.
I named my little dog Sunshine after that song. And she certainly does bring sunshine and love into my life.

  133. That would be “In Your Eyes” by Peter Gabriel. I’m a lurker and have been meaning to comment for awhile. I’m also a January 1 baby!
LOVE your pictures – you are really very talented!

  134. What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong. It was my wedding first dance song. Thanks for the fun.

  135. “I Believe In a Thing Called Love”-The Darkness (Brit rockers, not exactly a romantic song, but one that Mike and I sing along to every time)
    and
“When You Say Nothing at All”-Allison Krauss (a little bit country, but so sweet).

  136. carolyn H says

“Here There and Everywhere” by the Beatles!

  137. “Come Monday” by Jimmy Buffett

  138. Kristina says

“After All” by Cher and Peter Cetera
–a song that goes back to when my hubby and I first started dating.

  139. My Love by Petula Clark – not a quiet eveing romantic cuddle-song, but if you want to belt out your feelings at the top of your lungs, it’s a good one to sing along with!
You picked well – love the yarn and color of your FBS. Yummy!

  140. I personally like Dance by LeAnn Womack. It expresses good wishes for anyone you love.

  141. Melanie S. says

Great FBS! I’ve just started one myself. 🙂 My favourite love song is “All the Way”. Gotta love Sinatra!

  142. Katherine F. says

My favorite kind of/sort of love song is “For Crying Out Loud” by Meat Loaf. Great lyrics.

  143. Its got to be All Out of Love by Air Supply– Or maybe any of the great ballads by Journey.

  144. Annie’s Song by John Denver
There is also another song that sings softly in the background of my memories. It was the first song I ever danced with a boy to. I have no idea what the name of it was, but it goes like this: “How he makes me quiver. How he makes me smile. With all this love I have to give him, I guess I’m going to stay with him a while.”

  145. I think it’s been mentioned, but Lovesong by the Cure is a great one. And Center of Gravity by Yo La Tengo is amazing.

  146. My favorite love song (and one that is also a favorite of my husband) is “Yours, Yours, Yours” from the muical 1776.
“…’til then, ’til then, I am, as I ever was and ever shall be, yours, yours, yours, yours, yours…”
What a wonderful expression of the love of a long-married couple, separated by their responsibilities and yet still passionately in love with one another.
This would have been my choice on any day, but it seems most appropriate on this particular July 4th.
Thank you for giving so many of us a space to share our thoughts.
    vts

  147. Yowsa, I came in late on this one…that shawl is sooooo fine!
Favourite Springsteen lovesong that nobody thinks is a lovesong but I do: “Thunder Road”
Favourite wordless lovesong: “Opening” by Philip Glass
Favourite songs with which I was cruised mercilessly: “Have I Told You Lately” by Van Morrison; “Petite Marie” by Francis Cabrel, and “I Will Find You” by Clannad.
And just because I know you understand, favourite love song by Springsteen which really is a love song: “Human Touch.”
It’s too damned bad my husband doesn’t like Springsteen. He could get everywhere with that “baby, in a world without pity, do you think what I’m asking’s too much” line…

  148. Oh, crap, I forgot “Waiting for You” by Knots and Crosses. You probably don’t know that band, they’re not around anymore, but their compilation is still available…I should send it to you. It’s a great one for being still goofy in love with a guy like yours 🙂

  149. I love to wind by hand. And I love Crazy by Patsy Cline. 🙂

  150. Love song? How about Ravel’s Bolero? It doesn’t say much, but who needs words when, well, you know?

  151. “I Made it through the Rain” by Barry Manilow (or any other Barry Manilow song)
“You are so Beautiful” by Joe Cocker
    “Feelings” by ???
    “Everytime” by Britney Spears
Beautiful shawl. Thanks for offerings this contest!!

  152. Oh my! I see you’ve gotten quite a few entries so far…
    Our favorite love songs…
Beyond the Sea by Royal Crown Revue
Pop Song (green) by Spring Heeled Jack:
There once was a boy, blue boy was his name
He liked a girl named green, she was totally insane…
It’s a crazy cool ska song… perfect for me and the love of my life. 😉

  153. Holy cow, have you gotten lots of love songs in the comments here! Very fun to read! My two favorites are –
I Could Not Ask For More by Edwin McCain
    True Companion by Marc Cohen
Hope you guys are having a blast!

  154. The Beatles, “In My Life”

  155. I’m not sure what the name is, and I don’t know who did it, but it got really popular back when “Family Ties” was on and they used it for when Michael J. Fox’s character broke up with Courtney Cox’s character. I think it’s called “At This Moment.”

  156. Lovely job. “You Look Wonderful Tonight” Eric Clapton.

  157. It’s amazing–so many love songs! I like “Some enchanted Evening”. DH likes “Unforgettable”.
I was interested in your Flower Basket Shawl. I, too am knitting it using a single ply lace weight from Knit Picks–and it looks so different! I must say this isn’t my favorite pattern to knit but I’m getting used to it.

  158. I like the song “You light up my life” it was my special song with my little baby born in 1977. No longer with me, but this was the happiest and most wonderful love of my whole life.

  159. “They Can’t Take That Away From Me”
Most memorably sang by Fred Astaire in “Shall We Dance.” Ah.

  160. I would have said “And I Love Her” however, you requested only one and someone kindly mentioned it already so now I can name my other favorite: “Butterfly Girl” by the Wild Swans.
Such a wonderfully diverse selection 🙂

  161. For my money, “Unexpected Song” from the musical Song and Dance.

  162. My favorite love song is I’ll be Seeing You. Love your shawl! I have that pattern and it’s on my to-do list.

  163. My fave is As Time Goes by … perfect for the most romantic movie… Casablanca

  164. “Coming Back to Me” by the Jefferson Airplane
It’s a beautiful haunting melody and the lyrics are wonderful
Of course now I’ll be singing it in my head all day lone… 🙂

  165. Billy Joel – For the longest time

  166. I love the song “Lady” sung preferrably by Kenny Rogers but I will take it from Lionel Ritchie too.
Hope you had a great 4th as we celebrated our Canada Day on the 1st!!

  167. That’s a tough one to answer. I might have to go with “I Melt With You” by Modern English. (Ah, the ’80s. A good decade for music, but a bad decade for just about everything else.)

  168. Looks like I’m late to the party.
“It had to be you”~ Harry Connick, Jr. It was our wedding song, and a perfect one.
    Great contest!

  169. “Guess I’m Doing Fine” by Beck. Not a love song per se, but definitely a song about love.
AWESOME shawl. Can’t wait to see it on! You knit that SO FAST!

  170. My favorite love song is “Iris” by the Goo Goo Dolls. Your Flower Basket Shawl looks lovely!

  171. I have 2 – is this love by bob marley and love song by the cure
    your fbs is lovely

  172. Wonderful shawl and colours – faves already mentioned but Smoke Gets In Your Eyes – by The Platters (talk about dating oneself – roflol) – Happy 4th to our Southern Neighbours

  173. Don’t Dream It’s Over, by Crowded House
    Dreams, by the Cranberries
They both give me chills and make me kinda achy.
Beautiful shawl, now I want to make one!

  174. “In My Life,” by the Beatles.
Sung for us at our wedding 24 1/2 years ago by a charming friend.
One of the few love songs out there to admit that we are not usually with our FIRST loves… but that what matters is honoring our commitment.

  175. -Sweet Dreams, as sung by the immortal Patsy Cline
(a little sad, but nonetheless a great love song)
-Power of Love/Love Power by Luther Vandross, so positive and uplifting!

  176. My favorite love song: ‘Truly, Madly, Deeply’ – Savage Garden.
The lace beautiful. I’m finally dyeing mine today (same pattern) for my MIL’s B’day. Wouldn’t you know it – fire engine red.

  177. A couple of favorites are “Time to Say Goodbye” Andrea Bocelli, and “Crush” Dave Mathews. Love the Shawl! Just trying to finish my Capri shawl, taking a little longer than expected. Ugg
    Diane E.

  178. Oy! I couldn’t figure out why somehow I had ceased to understand how to post comments – glad to know you closed them and that I am not crazy!
My song is: Tell Me on A Sunday, by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Not really a happy love song, but still.

  179. I missed this the first time around! Here are some of my favorites:
Something In The Way She Moves; James Taylor
Crying; the version with Roy Orbison & k.d. Lang
I’ve Been Loving You Too Long; Otis Redding
    Just My Imagination; Temptations
    Without Love; Tome Jones
    Air That I Breathe; Hollies
I’m So Lonesome I Could Cry; Hank Williams
And the all-time best love song, by the all-time sexiest man who has ever lived:
Let’s Get It On; Marvin Gaye

  180. Came back to add:
Five Days in May ~ Salamander Crossing
Open Window (The Wedding Song) ~ Sarah Harmer

    “Unchained Melody”

  182. Rcbriggs says

    “Georgia,on My Mind
“Here and Now” by Luther Vandros
“If this world were mine” Luther Vandros & Cheryl Lynn
    “Always and Forever” Luther Vandros
    “Any Love” Luther Vandros
    “Dreamin” Vanessa Williams
“If Only You Knew” Patti LaBelle
    “Crazy, Patsy Cline

  183. I’m thinking of making a shawl with Brown Sheep Cotton Fine too. Yours looks beautiful!
One of my favorite love songs: “Something In the Way She Moves,” by James Taylor

  184. Ice Cream – Sarah McLaclan would’ve been our first dance, had we been allowed music at the reception (low-budget wedding, we took what we could get!)
Only You – by Yaz, but I love the a capella remake by Flying Pickets
At This Moment – Billy Vera and the Beaters (which has been mentioned several times, and which I actually think is a depressing love song since it’s about the girl leaving the guy, but hey. It’s also the Family Ties song referenced above by Jenn, but I thought it’s the one where Alex drives across Ohio to meet up with Ellen and stop her from marrying her other boyfriend)
The Glory of Love – Peter Cetera. Yep, I’m a child of the 80’s all right. But how can you go wrong with The Karate Kid? Now it just makes me weak in the knees.
Somebody – Depeche Mode. Change “I want” to “I’ve found” and you’ve got the best love song ever. Lyrics here.
And I could go on, but I think that’s enough. 🙂

  185. Probably missed the giveaway, but here’s another love song,
Wait a Minute by Seldom Scene (DC area bluegrass band)
