HOLY CRAP! You guys really know how to make a girl feel good! I’m glad you like the new stuff. I like it too – although I’m still tweaking. I think things are good for a bit. I wanted to add too that I found my inspiration for my header at Sydney’s. I took out a couple of the lines, but I still like the way they break things up a bit. I think it adds to the abstract nature of many of the photographs.

*Sniff* It’s gorgeous, Cara. I just changed my screen saver at home to a slide show from My Pictures and I’m always getting sucked in watching the pics fly by, not wanting to end it (it’s thrilling when a pic from NYC or Rhinebeck pops up!) — now I’ll be refreshing your page 20 times a day, too!!
I like the new look — bright, sophisticated, clean, nice choice of type for the heading . I much prefer the knitting photos for this use. I think some of the botanicals suffer from being chopped up, while the knitting ones are more abstract and work better. The picture of holiday lights is my favourite of the non-knitting photos, and is a nice reference back to your old banner.
