Wealth

Click here for the true story.

What fabulous riches gained from yarn! Yarn conceived, created, sold, purchased, gifted by interesting and engaging women. Who just so happen to be very special friends. The socks, well, they warm my feet, but more importantly, they warm my heart! Thank you!

  1. Ye gods, woman! How much STR can you have???? *jealous*

  2. And The Man thinks *I* have a lot of yarn! Haha!
    But seriously, I’m really jealous.

  3. I see many socks in your future. Busy hands make happy feet. You may have tons of STR but you are CTR;-)

  4. OMG! Share the wealth! 😉

  6. Holy Crap.

  7. Duuuuudde! That is one serious sock yarn stash.

  8. *sniff* Makes me ashamed of my few skeins of sock yarn. I really would like to try some STR, but I just can’t justify the purchase right now. Enjoy them! They’re lovely!

  9. As a new sock knitter, I feel unworthy of the STR, and will wait to buy some until my skills improve…however, this doesn’t mean I will not covet your GORGEOUS pile of STR. You are one lucky, lucky lady!

  10. I hope you store it out in *plain* sight. It’s just too beautiful to hide away.

  11. *drool*
i don’t blame you at all for knitting all those jaywalker socks. they are just incredible with that yarn!

  12. Looks like you have enough there to make a pair for every day of a month ; )

  13. So pretty! It’s almost enough to make me want to knit variegated socks, almost.

  14. Jeez oh man. I agree with Jan, keep it in plain sight — would make a lovely centerpiece!

  15. You and Kermit should be singing “Happy Feet” by now…

  18. Is there any left for the rest of us? 😉

  21. Mmmm…socks.

  27. The definitive picture of STR obsession.
    🙂

  28. ohhhh man! I look straight into the middle of that pile and see BOTH colorways I’m using to make Jaywalkers, AND I see the colors I wanted to buy. Lucky for me my LYS is stocked full of STR in an abundance of colorways, although, sadly, not as well stocked as you ;-D
AAAAAAAAAND there goes my lotto money! Back to the LYS for me!

  29. yowza! beautful yarn and socks!

  30. Well, I think it’s time to dump all the STR into the bathtub, put on some mood music, jump in, and take a yarn bath!

  31. Whoa. Ever since I saw your first pair of Jaywalkers, I’ve been searching fruitlessly for the internets for a store that will sell me some of that delicious yarn. Now I know why I can’t find any: it’s all in your stash!!

  32. Gorgeous !
Enjoy the beauty. Your feet will love you.
If you made that image a card I’d buy loads…

  33. WOW! That’s a gorgeous picture. Love all the sock yarn!

  35. Maybe I should be glad you didn’t snap up all the STR at Wildfiber. Saved some for me.
That’s. A Lot. Of Yarn. Cara.

  36. Will one skein make one pair? Chelle

  37. You lucky thing. I’m going to have to order some of that STR! What’s the name of the colorway that has red and brown and purple above the Fire on the Mountain sock?
